Very nice, I love how the dog is done and the depth is believable. I really like the trees and plants and the dark foresty area at the back of the picture.
My only critique would be that it doesn't look too certain how the house is positioned. From the angle of the bushes beside the dog it looks like the house is behind a slope and if that is the case the I think there should be a bit more shading directly infront of the house and at the base of the slope near the house.
Overall its a lovely picture, could definitly be seen on a christmas card I think :)
